UNESP advisors meet ECC CEO

United Nations Electoral Support Project (UNESP) Afghanistan advisors met Independent Electoral Complaints Commission CEO, Mr. Chaman Shah Etemadi along with secretariat team at ECC central office today.
UNESP advisors provided information about the capacity building plan for ECC that would be supported by the project. In addition, the Terms of Reference (ToR) for public perception survey of election commissions was also discussed.
CEO Etemadi appreciated UNESP’s efforts and expressed his interest in supporting and collaborating for the public perception survey. “Conducting public perception survey would provide feedback for us and ways to improve our performance”, Etemadi said.
During the meeting, deputy CEO for policy and coordination, Mr. Mohammad Yasin Hamraz and Sahil Nawaz Safi, financial and administrative director provided their feedback and suggestions for conducting capacity building programs at ECC.
